Our sheltered location on the west coast of Rarotonga, enjoys spectacular sunsets and avoids the characteristic winds on the eastern side of the island. We are within walking distance of some of the Island's best restaurants and just five minutes from the airport, eight minutes from the township of Avarua and a few minutes from the Island's golf course and hospital.
There are 280 air-conditioned rooms, all featuring private patios with outdoor furniture, refrigerators, telephones, complimentary tea / coffee-making facilities and a colour television with complimentary in-house movies.
We also have 3 bedroom family villa available in garden and beachfront settings. Each 3 bedroom villa is fully fitted with all the conveniences of a tropical home away from home including two bathrooms, airconditioned lounge, large spacious living area and open patio and verandah. If the Status of your Booking is CONFIRMED and accompanied by OUR REFERENCE code, then you need not do anything further. Your credit card will be charged for the amount indicated on your Reservation Form. If for any reason, we are unable to confirm your reservation at this time , we will contact you within 24hours to discuss your travel requirements and offer alternate options.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your booking is confirmed, the full amount indicated above will be charged. Cancellations received within 14 days of travel will result in a 2 night charge. No shows will result in full charges being made.
No charges wil be made to your credit card until the Reservation is Confirmed.
