The theme for the Air New Zealand 2011 Cook Islands Tourism Awards  was “innovation” and that is exactly what  made  the Cook islands’  biggest and best ever formal dinner function so successful on the memorable date of 11/11/11. The awards are run by the Cook Islands Tourism Industry Council, which represents the majority of tourism interests in the Cook Islands.

The Edgewater Resort and Spa was a finalist in the Air New Zealand Cook Islands Tourism Awards 2011/12 in the very competitive Festival and Events Organisers category.
