The Edgewater’s buffet brings together the best of local cuisine and classic favourites, so there’s something for everyone. Load up your plate with Rukau — tender taro leaves cooked down into a rich, spinach-like dish, the signature pink potato salad known as Mayonnaise, and Ika Mata, the island’s famous raw fish marinated in lime juice and creamy coconut.

The dessert spread is worth saving space for, with the iconic Bomb Alaska taking centre stage. There are also plenty of cakes, tropical fruit, and sweet treats to round off the feast.

But the night’s not just about the food. An hour-long cultural performance takes you deep into the heart of the Cook Islands, with the Ta’akoka Dance Troupe lighting up the stage through dynamic storytelling, dance, and drum beats, then the Panara Boys Band blending island rhythms with easy-going charm to carry the night through.
