"We have just returned from having stayed at your resort for 9 nights and we felt it important to share our feedback with you.

Firstly we would like to sincerely thank each and every member of your staff, from the gardeners and grounds crew, the housekeepers, reception, kids club, activities hut, spa and both restaurants. They all had the brightest Kia Orana at any time of the day EVERY time we crossed paths.  The warmth and welcome was felt by all our family.

There are some extra special mentions that we feel we need to share, and I have listed them in no particular order below. These individuals or groups went above and beyond and made our stay and holiday memorable and extra special.

Firstly the Kids Club Team- Muma Coco, Lady Fiona, Rapunzel and Tinkerbell you ensured that our 9 year old had the best possible holiday.  The activities were highlights for our 9 year old and something she will fondly remember.  For us as parents you were able to make us feel comfortable and at ease by leaving her in your hands, we didn't expect to be able to head off for a quiet dinner by ourselves, but movie night did just that.  Ladies, our deepest and most sincere thanks goes to you all.  Maggie says she missed you.

The morning breakfast team in the Brasserie.  Your warm smiles, kia orana and time spent chatting and getting to know us made us feel welcomed and connected.  The breakfast was delicious and our highlight was definitely the freshly baked bread  with Island grown avocado every morning and the warm cinnamon donuts one morning were wow!  By the end of our stay, breakfast felt like a chance to stop and chat with friends.

To the Activities Hut team, especially Peter and Kiani, your enjoyment of what you do and the way you were able to engage us everyday was perfect.  We loved fish feeding, "take your time but hurry up" is our new family catchphrase.  The ukulele lesson showed your love of the instrument as well as your patience with our 9 year old, a beautiful talent.  The chat and smiles every time we asked for towels or snorkel gear made us smile too.  Peter, we hope your trip to our country went well and you enjoyed NZ as much as we loved Rarotonga.  Kiani we miss your 5 o'clock Happy Hour call.

The spa team.....Wow.  We took our 9 year old for her first pedicure and you made her feel so special and in her words "like a princess".  My husband and I also had massages and we loved it, we were treated by magical hands.

Your resort is paradise and we loved staying, our only complaint is we can't return soon enough.  We will be back to stay again.

Please could you pass on our deepest Meitaki and ata wai wolo to those mentioned and the rest of your team.

Warmest regards the Mills Family"
