Enjoy a buffet of delectable iconic Cook Islands cuisine including roast suckling pig, roast lamb or beef, chicken or game fish with coconut cream.
Cook Islands Rukau (spinach made from the young leaves of the Taro plant) a great selection of greens, pasta and rice salad plus the Cook Islands very own pink potato salad (called Mayonnaise) and the best Ika Mata on The Island - raw fish marinated in lime juice and served with coconut cream.
Then there is the dessert buffet featuring an assortment of cakes and our Bomb Alaska ice cream cake.
Dinner entertainment is provided by The Resort's resident Panara Boys Band and top cultural dancers with an hour-long cultural dance.
